iCandy Peach Stroller - story so far...

So I’ve now had the iCandy Peach Stroller in my possession for a couple of months and all I can say is “WOW”. I know that may sound a bit over the top but seriously I’m in love.
I haven’t used the iCandy Peach Stroller with the carrycot as my little girl is now in the seat unit so can’t comment on that but I will share my experience so far.
I am testing the iCandy Peach Stroller in Tomato colour. The colours are so vibrant; definitely stand out from the crowd.  The vibrant colours alongside the chrome chassis just looks amazing, looks very chic! I also love the material that is used for the seat unit and footmuff, it’s hardwearing, durable and easy to wipe clean.
The iCandy Peach Stroller is a dream to push and I’ve had my fair share of other prams to compare it with.  It actually glides! I find it incredibly easy to manage even with one hand.  One of my favourite features of the iCandy Peach Stroller is the front wheels.  I love that if you decide to go down a step or kerb with front wheels down first, that the wheels stay stable they don’t buckle under like the other prams I’ve had.  I have found this feature very useful getting off buses too. Whilst on the subject of wheels the iCandy Peach Stroller’s wheels are cushioned tyres – no punctures and no keeping correct psi. Admittedly the ride isn’t as smooth as air filled tyres but it definitely is smooth enough, my daughter in fact likes to feel the bumps – makes her fall asleep.
Moving on to the ingenious fold.  I love how easy it is to fold down this pram.  Even though to fold it you have to remove the seat unit it’s not hard to do.  Once you’ve removed the seat unit by pushing in buttons on either side of seat and lifting all you have to do is pump the handle down which collapses the handlebar then pull the strap that sits in the basket.  The base folds in half and you can put the strap over your shoulder and off you go.  Love it!
If I’m honest I don’t have any complaints just yet – maybe I’ve found “the one”! There are however a few little things that I’d like to tweak on the accessories.  The first would be the rain cover.  It is easy to attach but I would like a flap that I could open to access baby or to allow some air through. Secondly the footmuff is very snug and the fleece lining is lovely and soft but I personally would like the footmuff to come up higher and be able to fold over.  I have to still use a blanket for my little girl’s upper body. Lastly, as much as I adore my changing bag, it is rather on the large size for everyday use.  It’s superb for long days out or even overnight stays.  I believe the size of the bag is in case you upgrade your iCandy Peach Stroller to a double. I would like to be able to purchase a smaller bag for daily use maybe a smaller messenger type bag would do.
Besides my few minor tweaks I have to say this is my favourite pushchair/pram so far! I can’t believe it; I have found something that ticks all my boxes.  Well done iCandy! I look forward to putting the iCandy Peach Stroller through its paces – bring on the snow ;)

The 4x4 of pushchairs except it has 3 wheels!

It's almost 2 months now since I picked up my iCandy Peach Jogger. Being at the iCandy university was like a dream come true. I was like a kid in a candy store.

So after being shown a demonstration of the Peach Jogger and it's accessories my car (Renault Scenic) was loaded up. I was very impressed how the chassis, carrycot and seat unit all fitted in with ease.

I tried very hard to convince the lovely people to let me take home one of each of the pushchairs but left with just one.

As soon as I arrived home I went for a walk to the local shops for a little test drive (and to show it off). I put my daughter who at the time was 2 months old in the carrycot and she seemed very happy and had plenty of room which was good as she's a BIG bubba. The feature I like most about the carrycot is the fact it can be folded down flat. This saves loads of room when travelling.

A week after collecting my Peach Jogger I headed of to the seaside for a short break. It was the perfect opportunity to put the Peach Jogger through it's paces.

The Peach Jogger survived the sandy beach, the pebbles on the beach and cobbled streets! It surprised me how smooth the ride was. My daughter didn't flinch at all. The funny thing is the ride is soooooo smooth that my daughter doesn't go to sleep straight away as she likes a bumpy ride!

This is my first iCandy pushchair and I have to say after buying nearly 20 pushchairs/prams for my son (whose nearly 3) the iCandy Peach Jogger comes out top on my list. The pram is a dream to push. It's feels so solid and you don't even realise it's on 3 wheels, even when going up and down kerbs. The front wheel realigns itself to central position once its raised which is an ingenious idea. No more chasing the pram when lifting it up and down.

The folding mechanism is probably one of the best on the Market. It is so easy my mum can even do it (she can just about fold a stroller). It's as easy as 1-2-3 you can't go wrong.

I have had a quick go of using the seat unit on my 2years 10month old son. Who is 90cms tall. The hood unzips which enables you to raise the hood. So although my son doesn't use a pushchair anymore he is able to do so if he needs to.

I have to add that I love my car seat adapters. For once the car seat is at a nice eye level height and also the seat gently rocks with movement.

I live near London and took the Peach Jogger up to busy West End on a train and two buses. I received numerous compliments and the journey was great! No more getting stuck in the aisle between the seats. Also the adjustable handle enables the pushchair to fit into smaller areas.

In summary I can't fault this pram. It ticks all the right boxes. PROS: It's great on public transports. Folds easily. Fits in the smallest of cars (tested getting it in my friends mini). Very easy to adjust handlebar and seat/carrycot. Stylish. Lightweight. Different rain covers for each unit. Fabulous accessories. Huge basket. CONS: the rain cover for seat unit doesn't have a window to access baby. The valve on the tyres is quite central which makes it a little difficult to pump tyres.

On the whole the iCandy Peach Jogger is an amazing pushchair. This pushchair turns heads. Be prepared for people to ask to "have a go" when at playgroups,
doctors etc.
